These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Astro24 mobile application, website, and related services (the “Service”) operated by Astro24 (“we”, “us”, “our”). Astro24 provides astrology-related content and services, including but not limited to horoscopes, personalized reports, and chat-based consultations with AI astrologers and, where applicable, human astrologers. The Service is for guidance and entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, etc.).

3. Account Registration & Security

• You may need to register using your phone number, Firebase OTP, Truecaller, or other methods we support.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any astrologer or other user.
• Upload or transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or any other information.

5. Consultations & Content

• All readings, predictions, or guidance are based on astrological interpretations and should be treated as opinions, not facts.
• We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, outcomes, or suitability of any advice.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information from the Service.

6. Payments & Refunds (if applicable)

If Astro24 offers paid features or consultations:

• Prices, currencies, and billing methods will be displayed in the app or website.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• Refunds, if offered, will be governed by our refund policy as displayed in the app or on the website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software related to Astro24 are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services such as Firebase, Truecaller, HubSpot, payment gateways, or social networks. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of their services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro24 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Astro24 and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, applicable laws, or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
